In December 2024, the number of residential apartment transactions in Tbilisi amounted to 4,039 units, an increase of 7% compared to December of the previous year. A 14% increase in transactions is recorded in new projects, which is associated with a 26% increase in primary transactions (sales by the developer) (secondary transactions decreased by 2%). It should be noted that developers register some of the transactions in new buildings late. In old projects, the figure has decreased by 13% compared to December 2023.

The market size has increased by 16%, to 292 million USD.

Weighted Average Price

In December 2024, the weighted average selling price of newly built apartments in Tbilisi suburbs increased by 10% compared to December 2023. An increase of 1% was recorded in the city center, and 13% in the wider center.
