Index | The first project of Wealth Management is River Park, which is a new multifunctional district in Tbilisi. The complex is being built on 30,000 m2 in a unique microclimatic zone on the banks of the Mtkvari River, in the territory of Digomi #9.
The main task of the company is to create a comfortable living environment in an environmentally friendly part of the city, which is far from the hustle and bustle of the city center and at the same time is close to any necessary destination.
Low-rise, 4-story buildings are a prerequisite for a quiet and cozy environment. Each apartment included in the project is burdened with a white frame condition
A variety of infrastructure will be organized on the territory of the complex: parking spaces will be allocated, sports and recreation zones will be built, as well as recreation and entertainment spaces for children.
Spaces will be dedicated to commercial areas as well. This part is interesting for people and companies who are considering the development of their business in the area of the complex.
The project includes a total of 8 blocks. Construction and sales of the first two blocks are currently underway.

Passing condition:

All apartments in the project are built in a white frame condition, which includes:
Facade block - 20cm + 10cm xps blur
Internal partitions - 10 cm block, plastered with giper
Separating partitions between neighbors - 20 cm block, plastered with giper
Door and window - facade profiles made in Turkey and German furniture (locks and mechanisms)
Elevators - kleemann or similar

Post-handover maintenance of the complex:

The tax per square meter will be approximately $1-$1.5.
